HFC748J Polled Full Fleckvieh Fullblood. BW: n/a; WW: 498; YW: 727. Mature weight: 1465. This is the foundation of our polled full fleckvieh fullblood genetics. She originated from a polled German cow imported into Canada. The imported cow was reported to be a very large cow. Miss Tino Unipolled was the one and only polled offspring she produced before she died. Her dam granddam, Rubin, was identified as being a part of the German polled breeding program. She was a polled mutation. This line didn’t continue in Germany. We purchased Miss Tino at the Solderglen Ranch dispersal in 1983. She had a polled heifer calf from a horned bull at side when we purchased her.. She had a large udder that held up until her death here at YCR. We have a number of polled cattle tracing back to Miss Tino with 4 generations of breeding advancements through 2004.
